1. Create and customise
Create your invitation and fill in a form to personalise it.
At any time, you can go back and change your e-invitation. The last information saved in the form is shown. Please note that no history is currently available.
2. Submit and send
Preview your e-invitation before sending so you can check the format and content. Send your e-invitation in several ways depending on the event: via a list of emails (500 contacts max), an uploaded file or by filling in an e-mail address so that the invitation can then be forwarded to third parties.
3. Follow the sending statistics
Access statistics for all e-mail campaigns sent, track registrations, and chase up contacts who have yet to sign up.
With this e-invitation platform, you can upload e-mail contacts from your database. You guarantee omexposium that these e-mail addresses have been collected in compliance with personal data protection regulations. It is understood that the latter may under no circumstances be deemed responsible in the case of failure to comply.
This data will be stored for the required duration of your e-mail campaign (send and statistics). Comexposium guarantees in turn not to use any e-mail address that you may have entered or uploaded.
