Your exhibitor badges
The number of badges varies according to your stand’s floor area. Refer to the chart below to find out your allowance of free badges.
Direct exhibitor / Pavilion organiser
12 - 30 sq.m: 5 badges / 31 - 50 sq.m: 9 badges / 51 - 100 sq.m: 12 badges / 101 - 150 sq.m: 15 badges / 151 - 250 sq.m: 20 badges / 251 - 350 sq.m: 25 badges / > 351 sq.m: 30 badges
Co-exhibitor / Collective: 3 badges
These badges are personnal and must be with you throughout the show:
- During set up and dismantling
- 1 hour before opening hours, every day (except on the 1st day: 1.5 hours)
Do not forget to order exhibitor badges for other staff on your stand (hostesses, etc)
Your quota is badges.
You can order extra exhibitors badges in your Customer Area, section “Store > Badges and Badges reader”, €30 Excl.Vat (set of 5).
From 28th October 2023, 1 month before the exhibition opening, you will be able to download and print your badges (provided that the balance of your participation is paid). Print them out, keep them safe and take them with you to the show! You won't receive any badges by post.
CAREFUL: Once the PDF has been downloaded, the badges can no longer be updated or deleted.
ASSEMBLY/DISMANTLING BADGES
These badges grants access to your providers to the Exhibition Centre during the assembly and dismantling periods in accordance with the working timetables. These badges will be available at the entrance of the halls from the beginning of the assembly. They will be given at the doors of the halls by the Security service set up by the organizer. These badges are not valid during the exhibition opening period which runs from 28th November to 30th November - 6.00 p.m.
