Invite your customers and prospects as VIP

These VIP badges will give them unlimited access to the lounge as well as to the VIP Club. They will also be provided a catalogue and floor plan.

For exhibitors who ordered Business "Pack Plus and Pack First", the number of badges VIP varies according to your stand’s floor area. Refer to the chart below to find out your allowance of free badges.

Direct exhibitor / Pavilion organiser:
- 12 - 99 m²: 5 badges VIP
- 100  – 300  m²: 10 badges VIP
> 300 m²: 20 badges VIP

Co-exhibitor / Collective: 5 badges

You can order extra VIP badges in your Customer Area, section “Store > Badges and Badges reader”, €29 before tax.

Important: your VIP badges are strictly for your clients and not for your company employees.
